Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with our services. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be granted.

1. Digital Products

Since our services may include digital yoga courses, subscriptions, or downloads, refunds are generally not issued once content has been accessed. Exceptions may apply in cases of technical issues or accidental duplicate purchases.

2. Subscription Plans

If you cancel a subscription, access will remain active until the end of the billing cycle. Refunds will not be issued for partial months or unused portions.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us at support@shizenmizu.online within 7 days of purchase, including proof of payment and details of your issue. Eligible refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
